Figure Out Your Own Worth
There are many factors that can determine how much you should be paid. Experience, skills, age, loyalty, they all add up. Trying to figure out how much you’re worth personally can be difficult, but there are self-worth apps to help you out. Pay compression is when newer employees are offered a starting salary that is higher than the one you were offered, and thus their raises may overlap yours, despite you working at the company longer.
